Home Textiles Premium by Textilhogar schedules next Edition for 22nd-25th September at Feria Valencia

14/11/2019

Textile fair returns to Valencia after five editions in Madrid and will run concurrently with Feria Hábitat Valencia to broaden the profile of Spanish buying professionals who visit and draw in more Spanish and international specifiers.

Ateval – Home Textiles From Spain has indicated it supports the move, designed to “give the event a boost”.

Home Textiles Premium by Textilhogar is moving into a new phase. Spain’s only 100% trade-only fair dedicated exclusively to home textiles, décor and upholstery will be returning to Feria Valencia in 2020 to run alongside the other major showcase for the world of interiors that takes place in Spain: Feria Hábitat Valencia. Tuesday 22nd to Friday 25th September are the dates that have been chose for next year’s event, which will take place at the Valencia exhibition centre and pursue a clear objective of broadening the profile of the professionals who visit and boosting business for the textile manufacturers that exhibit.

Home Textiles Premium by Textilhogar will in fact be retaining the identity and features that have delivered the excellent results achieved over the fair’s last five editions.

The event will also continue to enjoy the organisational support of textile trade association Ateval – Home Textiles From Spain as well as maintaining its own programme of international trade missions. In line with this, “the industry still has huge faith in Feria Valencia,” according to Home Textiles from Spain’s president José Ramón Revert, and in the facilities it offers that can take the fair to a higher, European level.”

Fresh scope for fair and visitors

The move for the fair to take place alongside Hábitat, which saw almost 33,000 professionals come to visit last time round, gives Home Textiles Premium by Textilhogar a great opportunity to expand as a showcase and also gives visiting textile professionals access to a vast offering of furniture, décor and lighting, making their visit to Textilhogar even more appealing.

As the fair’s director Máximo Solaz explains, “for Home Textiles Premium by Textilhogar the decision is a fresh move forward. In 2015 we decided, guided by Ateval – Home Textile from Spain, to create a fair of its own for the industry, and in a different location that would have the capability to attract buyers, which Madrid has done for these last few years.”

“Now,” Solaz continues, “Home Textiles Premium by Textilhogar needs to take another step forward in creating awareness for itself and what better way to do this than at Feria Valencia and alongside a fair like Hábitat, with which we are creating very positive synergies for both our exhibitors and our visitors.”

What is more, the fair taking place in Valencia means that the organisers can offer better services to both exhibitors and visitors as well as being able to offer more space and improved facilities for exhibits. Home Textiles Premium by Textilhogar will thus be further developing its overall positioning by covering all the various routes to market for home textiles, décor and upholstery, from the traditional route of home-centred retailers to interior designers and specification specialists.
